After a sudden move to St Thomas I was a little overwhelmed with the prospect of finding a house to rent.  I had no car and no clue of where to start looking and was facing the prospect of spending tons of money living in a hotel.  After one phone call with Nick I hoped I was in good hands, it turns out I was absolutely right.  He picked me up and drove me around the island not only to show me houses but he also cared enough to show me where to eat, swim, hang out, by pointing out some highlights of the island.  It was obvious that his day was very busy but he never let me feel that way and was extremely patient with my questions and issues.
