Delinquent/Foreclosures

Foreclosures and short sale properties in the US Virgin Islands are rare. Due to the lending standards the islands do not have an influx of foreclosed homes. Our relationships with local and national foreclosure companies provides us with an opportunity to sell these properties when they become available from time to time.

Generally a foreclosed home is going to be sold substantially below market value. Therefore, these deals are usually never seen by the stateside investors. If you would like to be contacted when these deals become available, please add your information below:
