Economy got you down? Relax... by the water.

Published 19 February 09 01:18 PM

Have you been considering moving to the Caribbean? Not sure if it is the right move for you?

Imagine this: you wake up at 6:30am to the sun rising over the British Virgin Islands. Outside the temperature is a cool 73 degrees.

After your morning jog along beautiful Magens Beach, you prepare for the day: sandles, shorts, and a short sleeve shirt.

So you head off to work. For some, that may not exist. So you head to the beach. Or sailing. Or to the Yacht Club for tennis and relaxation.

For others: off to work you go. You pick up a copy of the Daily News, grab a coffee at Bad Ass Coffee in Yacht Haven Grande, and go do your thing.

Me personally, I walk out to the dock in Yacht Haven. I sit down at my desk overlooking the water and watch the boats come in all day.

When I feel like my day has been tough, I look outside. If my day has been tough; I go home, put on some shorts and head to the beach.

We only live once. No reason to wait for happiness.

I hope you are having a great day!!

I attended a couple of your classes in Meridian. I haven't utilized the info you gave us but I am not giving up. I am specializing in Central Idaho and Eastern Oregon recreation and ranch properties and my son has offered to hlep me with the email/internet marketing aspect. The money fleeing normal money markets has actually perked up the interest in land sales I think.
