Updates to Sea Glass Properties and Our Marketing Efforts
Hello again,
Today I want to outline the new updates that we have added to our marketing plan. As well as inform you of a few milestones that we have reached.
Virgin Island Daily News:
-- We have begun an "all out" marketing campaign with the the Virgin Island Daily News website. As you click through the classifieds and throughout the website you will see "Sea Glass Properties" throughout. You can visit the site at www.virginislandsdailynews.com.
St. John Realty .net
-- Finally, I have had a chance to ad another website to our portfolio. www.stjohnrealty.net will now be back online this week. We will begin to feature our St. John properties for sale and for rent on this website. Our goal is to proactively reach as many clients and customers as possible. This website will be powered by Sea Glass Properties and will also have information about our St. John agents.
WSJ.com
-- Last week I was featured in an article on the Wall Street Journal online edition. The quote appears to be that I am talking about toothpaste and hamburgers. Nonetheless, that was the writer's personal thoughts. I had mentioned a few things throughout the article and as an exposure tool, we are definitely getting our name out there. This is a huge milestone for myself personally, and our company as we look to grow. You can access this article at: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB123576240084196371.html
Virgin Island Daily News Island Trader
-- The last three weeks we have been running six inch by six inch ads. We are working on cornering the rental market on the island. In addition to running these ads we are featuring all of these properties on sellvi.com
Sales Reports
-- Watch out for February's sales report. It should be online in the next few days and have all of the numbers you need to make a decision on when to buy.
Milestone
-- February marked the second month in a row in which www.sellvi.com reached 6,000+ unique visitors. This number has allowed us to be one of the hottest real estate websites in the Virgin Islands. I would like to thank you for your support.
Updates
-- I will continue to ad new tools and information to this site. If there is anything you see that you feel is unnecessary or that you would like to see on this website please let me know.
If you have any friends, family, or people you care about looking to buy, sell, or rent in the Virgin Islands please let me know!
