For St. Thomas it's a no brainer

Any residential property on St. Thomas that can be purchased for $100,000 or less is an absolute no brainer. 

Here are three reasons why:

#1. Interest rates are still near historic lows.

#2. Average rental price for a descent studio is still around $1,000 per month without utilities.

#3. Because there comes a price point in which no matter who you run the numbers it is a safe investment.
